      I had reserved a unit last week and was having trouble signing the lease to be able to actually get into the unit. The phones weren't working so I had no choice but to email. I had seen the past reviews and gotten really nervous. But someone responded almost immediately and helped me get everything taken care of within an hour of emailing back and forth. Super friendly and recommend! The past reviews are from the previous management give them a chance !
